I am so excited to be able to offer a One to One 3 Months Programme, which is completely tailored to your needs. This focused amount of time and sessions enable us to work together towards your own goals, healing and evolution. This is completely your plan and I am simply here to guide you. With many years of experience and knowledge to help you heal and overcome any obstacle or block in your life. This programme will elevate you in every aspect of your life, doing the deep work to bring you closer to your highest self.
A lot of coaching and mentoring programmes are the same structure; one box fits all, however I know we are all far more complex than that. You are completely unique and have experienced so many different things in your past and relationships and work that requires a personalised and tailored programme especially for you.
I have been through hell and back in my life and overcome it all on my own and I can teach you how to do the same! It has brought me so much strength and knowledge and so much passion to help others overcome anything that they are experiencing in their lives. I have completely turned my life around and are now fully living in alignment and on my souls truest and highest timeline and path. I have a loving relationship with my husband and son, a dream home and a completely fulfilling “dream job”.
It was an inside job and it definitely wasn’t easy. It can be super challenging and uncomfortable but it is through our darkness that we can fully step into our light.
You are not broken beyond repair. There is so much life out there to live, so much joy and so much love available to you. You just need to release all those subconscious or conscious blocks and limiting beliefs that are keeping you from true joy and happiness.
In this 3 months programme you will have 3 x 2 hour one to one sessions with me. Either in person or online. Working on self improvement and healing each month allows you to spend focused time and energy on building the new. I will also set some homework and keep you accountable to help you during the integration between your sessions.
You will get priority booking and additional openings in my calendar to ensure monthly sessions.
During the 2 hour sessions we will be working mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Learning new tools and techniques you will be able to incorporate into your every day life to help you deal with all of life.
We can explore quantum healing and Spinal Energetics and more.
