I am an intuitive energy healer and teacher. I weave a blend of modalities together to create and restore balance within the mind, body and soul. I have been practising and working with energy for over a decade. My work and I are constantly evolving which, enables me to be in service of others.

As well as being a practitioner I have also dedicated over a decade to my own healing and over coming trauma that I’ve experienced in my own personal life. I knew the person I was on a daily bases was not the person I truly was and I was determined to “fix it”. I didn’t resonate with teachings, which were missing the fundamental element of acknowledgment of “our soul”. I feel we are such complex beings with so much depth, a simple guide on the biology of a human will never do us any justice. I think that is why looking at the body with a holistic approach, meaning mind, body and soul is where I have focused my learnings. I also like to say I am very thorough and maybe that is why lots of healing modalities never resonated with me, because they were very surface level. Only healing the symptoms (or sometimes not even those) and not addressing it’s root cause. Which brings me to my practise today. I love finding the root cause of the issue and ensuring that the body, mind and soul are clear and able to move forward. I am here to help guide you through your own healing journey and do my absolute best by you to ensure you have the best opportunity to heal from your past trauma and move forward in life to have all that is good in this world.
