Come and join a like minded intimate group for deep root healing. During a 90 minute session we will work on relaxing the nervous system whilst connecting to our breath. I will be facilitating spinal energetics. Everyone will have eye masks provided, which helps make your experience more private, yet still being held in a beautiful group energy. When we come together for healing in a group the energy is heightened. It’s truly a magical experience to be apart of. This session will be taking place during a full moon which is the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves us.
